1. Fee Payments

Parents/guardians can pay school fees for enrolled students through our online payment facility available on our website or on https://thediligentworld-emp.synans.com/auth?account=diligentworld. By making a payment, the payer confirms that the payment details provided are correct and authorized.

All payments made through the website are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Except for Caution Money, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • One Time / Rollover fee
  • Tuition fees
  • Admission fees
  • Registration fees
  • Activity fees
  • Meal charges
  • Kit charges / Illume Kit charges / Pentemind kit charges
  • Uniform charges / shoes charges
  • Stationery fee
  • Annual day charges
  • Class photograph charges
  • Any other fee / charges paid

Once paid, these fees cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Refund of Caution Money

The Caution Money (Security Deposit) paid at the time of admission is refundable subject to the following conditions:

  • The student has formally withdrawn or completed studies at the school.
  • All dues payable to the school are fully cleared.
  • No damages are incurred by the school, which are a result of direct or indirect involvement of the student/parent/guardian.
  • Any school property (books, library materials, ID cards, etc.) has been returned in good condition.

After verification, the school will process the refund of caution money

The refund will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer, as determined by the school administration.

4. Duplicate / Excess Payment

If a parent/guardian accidentally makes duplicate or excess payment, they must notify the school administration within 7 days of the transaction.

After verification, the excess amount may be adjusted against future fees or refunded, as decided by the school management.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from the bank account, parents should, contact the school administration with the transaction details.

6. Cancellation of Payment

Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
